1. One-time KYC (Know Your Customer): One-time KYC registration is mandatory to invest in mutual funds. You can complete your KYC by submitting the following at any of our branches or collection centers: a) Duly filled and signed Central-KYC form b) ID Proof and Address Proof: Any Document notified by the Central Government, self-attested. PAN is mandatory for investing in mutual funds. c) Proof of Address: Same as Identity Proof (except PAN) d) Recent passport sized photograph. Originals must be carried for verification. 2. Investors must deal with/invest in only SEBI Registered Mutual Funds. Details are available at www.sebi.gov.in 3. For escalation, write to grievanceredressal@sundarammutual.com or lodge your grievance with SEBI through their SCORES (SEBI Complaint Redressal System) Portal at https://scores.gov.in.
